Love the surface and size

Just used it for the first time and love the surface! So slick I didn't need to use oil. The heat is evenly distributed too.

I used the griddle to make blueberry pancakes and they came out great and the griddle was super easy to clean! I’ll see how it goes long-term, but the first experience was very good.

I have only used it once so far for pancakes and it did a great job. Nothing sticks, and a nice big surface. I found I didn’t need to use as high a temperature as my old griddle.
