Excellent & well built product. Good temperature control. Great for cooking fresh seafood, sliced beef and eggs for dinner parties. Hope it lasts a long time. Good gift to our relatives ?

Setting up the warranty was so easy with the QR code and the model number was clearly written on the bottom of the box for me to find. When I tested the griddle it heated up and retained heat well!
