I was gifted this grill so I am thankful to receive it. I love that it opens flat to use both surfaces, however when using as a panini press, the Sandwich slides all over the griddle and makes it difficult to use because the movement causes the insides to fall onto the grill. I'm going to keep using as double sided grill more than for sandwiches.
