Great grill

I have never used a Chefman product before, so this would be my first. I followed the instructions in the starter guide and cleaned the grill plate. Before I turned it on, I wiped the grill plate down with a little bit of olive oil. I used it yesterday to grill some steaks for Sunday dinner, and the steaks came out really good. As stated in the guide, there was just a little smoke, barely enough to see. It was easy to use. The only thing I wish is that it came with a top. Otherwise, it is a great indoor grill.

I will never buy a perusing from this brand again. Poor cooking performance. This grill does not heat to a high enough temperature or maintain a temperature to cook food safely or correctly.

Hard to tell what cooking temperature is…

I don’t love that the temperature dial only provides vague temperatures. It should be in “degrees” so you can better manage how long to cook an item. Low, medium and high doesn’t help.
