cooked a hamburger and 2 hotdogs as a test, did ok. Toasted some buns, they smoked quite a bit… I bet if you cook anything with sauce you would get a good amount of smoke…
By the way, you struggle getting the model number in your warranty site…

Looks like it will be easy to use. I think I am going to line the drip pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
