The product is easy to use! Warmed up the grill on high and then added the seasoned chicken thighs. Turned them to achieve grill marks on both sides, then reduced the heat to cook them through. I may have reduced it too much, as I had to adjust it again, but they turned out great for the first try. I will likely use thinner cuts of meat than usual and a meat thermometer would also be helpful. It was also easy to clean!

I used it for the first time tonight. I cooked hamburgers.. They tasted just like my husband used to cook on the outside gas grill..
