Auger is warped when we got it.

I have the green one and there wasn’t a model number for green only white and black. Also the auger is warped. We noticed it when we cleaned it for the first time. I gets loud when it circulates.

I was VERY disappointed to learn I could not make sugar-free beverages. My husband is diabetic and we'd hoped this would be a fun alternative for him.
