I would give no stars but its not an option!
I used the machine once. I went to use it a second time and it didn't work. The window for return ended only 18 days ago. I did all the "troubleshooting" with no success.
I have another slushie machine from a different manufacturer that I bought before this one, which now I consider that one to be superior to your product. I transfered the mixture into the other machine and it worked perfectly! That manufacturer also provided an extra 2 year warranty for free!

Perfect for Summer

This sushi machine is pretty good. We’ve been enjoying nice cold slushies all summer. My only gripe is that it blows out really hot air so I have to have it in a well ventilated area.

Still new but found its staining in tank easily currently soaking after 3 uses as turned yellow but is cleaned every time thoughroly
