Easy instructions guide

The guide have all the instructions someone can need for a first use. In my opinion the instructions are easy to follow steps and if people read them properly no one should have any problem.

We love it so far! Have used it almost daily for going on 2 weeks. Have tried all but mixed drinks. For pop you have to adjust for each kind depending on contents and how slushy your preference is.

I didn't realize how happy this would make me

I've always wanted a slushy machine, because I love slushies. But I never expected it to make me so deeply happy! Putting in a bottle of root beer, or juice, or apple cider, with no other chemicals, and this beautiful machine turns them all into perfectly slushed glasses of joy.
I dint drink alcohol, so I can't speak to those concoctions, but I don't need them - what this machine turns out in less than an hour is so completely satisfying and calming.
It's incredibly easy to use, relatively easy to clean, and worth all the money and effort. It looks nice on my counter, where it stands, always ready to bring me icy joy.
I may or may not tuck it in and tell it good night, that's personal.
But thank you, Chefman/Iceman, for bringing me happiness with your product.

Issues with tank

Although I love the machine itself, there is an area in the tank that is impossible to clean. I feel the company should either provide a tool for cleaning this area or seal the area to avoid bacteria. I feel the tank is unsafe to us as is .
