I love it. Patience though. The kids are excited so had to wait a bit. No longer than 30 minutes. But yes patience please lol ?

Was so simple to use I didn’t even have to look at the directions. Love that it came completely assembled. Easy to take apart for cleaning.

We have only used the machine one time and are unhappy with the results. We did a slushy and it was not getting very thick even after waiting and adjusting the thickness. Hoping to return the machine, it was a gift and we don’t have the original receipt.
