It worked great the first time we tried to use it. The second time it only cooled, but did not form a slush. It is also making more noise than expected.

Not what expected

The first one I bought the container I head was cracked I was sent a new machine and this one makes strange noise when running like something is turning off and on. I would like to send video of noise it is making as I don't believe it should do that. There is also lots of condensation on outside of machine not sure that is normal either.
