We enjoy our slush maker and it is a hit at summer parties.
We have not used the replacement maker yet but did notice when taking it apart to wash the washable parts that the handle that locks the container on will not stay up when removing the container. Not a mechanical issue just a minor inconvenience.

We had the Ninja slushie maker but it only lasted about 30 uses. We're hoping this product lasts a lot longer! The design is easier to clean and seems more sturdy so we're hopeful!
