Compressor failure

I received the slush-ease max unit and allowed it to sit for 3 hours once unpackaged. After 5 min the machine shuts off and displays a code for compressor failure.

The problem I'm having with the machine is, the dispenser door keeps coming off when I'm about to pour out the slushy which creates quite a mess. Is there a way to solve this problem?

This Iceman slushie machine is a GAME CHANGER. I returned a well-known name-brand slushie machine because it absolutely would not slush no matter what I tried. The Iceman did exactly what it promised — fast, thick, perfect slush every time. Super easy to use and actually worth the money. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is the one.
