Will not chill slushies to the point of being anything other than liquid.

This machine does not work at all. I put margarita juice in it, push slushy with full thickness and it is just liquid. It say "ready" when it is still liquid and will not chill further. I am extremely disappointed with the product. I will attempt to work with Chefman to rectify it.
