I think I need a new auger the one that came with it doesn’t seem to fit all the way and makes a noise when making the slushy.

I've enjoyed bringing slushies into my home. There have been a couple of learning experiences with first learning how to use the machine, but overall it's been a good experience.

Slushy/Frappe experience

Works really well, perfect for kids coming over having their fav. Flavors of drinks turned to slushies or Milk shakes. My mom can enjoy her fav. Mcdonald’s caramel Frappe at home instead. Perfect Family Drink.

I thought this would be a little bit tricky to use, but following the guide in the manual that was provided I had no problems at all and great success with my first boozy cocktail run! Excited to bring it for a girls weekend getaway!

It’s okay a lil confusing cause the videos i reviewed showed custom setting that my machine don’t have. So it takes about 30-45 min to start freezing that’s my only take back. Other reviews claimed there’s was freezing with 7 mins and I won’t go off the first line on freezing even if it starting to freeze
