I give it 2 stars because the assembly was very easy but I tried to make my first slush drink, followed the handbook to the T, and no slush drink. Will be trying again and will update to a 1 star if the same thing happens or 5 if it comes out right.

Great read direction and look at video before using.

I was so ex ited to use the 1st time I unlocked by accident. But once i looked at the video everything was fine. I love it easy to clean. But they did send the wrong size. They sent the 64 oz it should have been the 90 0z.

like it but confusing

So far I like it. Though I have to play with it more cause my triangle light comes on and I'm not doing anything wrong. I put in a pre made alcohol mixter you buy at local wine and spirit store . and pressed the button it called for in directions but ran shortly and then the warning light came on. very puzzling

Product is great. However, all warranty information should be prgrammed into the QR code the user should not have to look all over the box or product for model information.
