Great unit. I have a large elevated back deck and shoveling snow was a major chore. The Snow Joe makes short work of what was a back breaking job. Have already used it five times this year and it has paid for itself already. Highly recommend.

I was surprised at the power of this little shovel. I use it for my deck and patio and it works great. It is a little heavier than I expected so it's something you should be aware of. However, I can't see how it could be any other weight in order to move the amount of snow this little shovel moves.

Works ok but does have a little problem with wet type snow! Does the job fairly well just looked like a snowman from the wind blowing. Works better than a regular snow shovel and a lot easier on your back!

Works as expected for removing snow from my deck and deck stairs. I've never used a snow blower of any kind before but this electric shovel is a back saver for me and what I use it for. I went with the electric model because of the huge price difference for the battery operated unit and I won't have to worry about buying a high dollar battery down the road.

Very disappointed 13 inch Electric Snow Joe Shovel

I used my brand new Snow Joe for 10 minutes and the blades stop turning. I called Snow Joe and waited over an hour to get through to find out it is out of stock now so I can not get my replacement. The 2 year warranty is great but I need it this winter.... I have to say for the 10 minutes it worked, it did a great job. So disappointment in this product. Customer Service is great! They tried resolve my issue....

This electric snow shovel far exceeded my expectations. I used it for the first time a few days ago when we got our first snow. I was truly amazed at the ability of the shovel. It actually performed as a small version snow blower. It was perfect for what I needed and I would recommend it a thousand times over to others. It was very easy to handle and will always be a must have for the winter for me. I am thoroughly satisfied with the product. It took the work out of laboring to move the snow. It made the task very simple and easy to perform. Being a female in my sixty's I could not ask for more.

Needs a SNAP ON BLADE Cover!

I ordered the 323E Snow Joe Plus 13-Inch 10-Amp Electric Snow Shovel – 323E INSTEAD I received 324E Snow Joe Plus 11-Inch 10-Amp Electric Snow Shovel – with Light I'd rather have the additional 2 inces instead of a light. It works great throwing the snow far away from the bushes and trees below my deck. This is a real back saver, I should have purchased this years ago. HERE'S A THOUGHT: Create a snap on blade cover to protect the blade. Instead I'll have to replace the whoe blade.
Pros: Compact, Powerful
Cons: No Blade Cover
I would recommend this to a friend!
