Works fairly well. I like extra handle- great design for bad backs. Size good. Edge on bottom drags. Doesn"t slide easily against driveway. Not a "pusher" looks like edge may come loose. Not attached with rivets, it is only "stamp attached" with tiny dimples in metal to hold it to plastic shovel. Only used twice. Concerned about durability of edge.

Since ordering the new snow shovel, I have only had to use it once. So glad about not having a lot of snow. When I did use it, I was pleased with it but a little confused as to how to operate the second handle to make removing the snow easier. Hopefully there will not be more snow to experiment with this handle.

I wouldn't have believed how much of a difference that spring-assisted handle makes in shoveling snow. This is an incredible product which I would recommend to anyone who ever touches snow -- with or without back/knee/shoulder issues.
