Instruction booklet is NOT easy to follow. We bought and returned but reconsidered and bought it again. We figured it out pretty much on our own!!

Sadly after I needed to descale my espresso machine after a few uses, now my pressure for my espresso shots isnt working and the extraction time is only a few seconds. Very disappointing after only being able to use it for a month if that.

Cleaning brush, Portafilter pipe cleaner and Cleaning pin were missing from my package. Also, the tray fills up with water, not sure if there is a leak. Not real happy with this espresso machine.

This is my first time doing the scouting and I’m on the step of turning the steam knob to hot water but then all of a sudden it’s shut off I don’t know what happened
