Great machine, at first...

It was a great machine when we first got it. But for some reason the espresso shots are not pulling as they used to despite adjusting the grind type. The pressure gauge is only increasing slightly and then the machine shuts off.

It didnt brew coffee initially but worked few minutes later

It didnt work right out of the box but 10/20 minutes later worked. I may have more to say about the product the near the near future but for now. It looks great!

It wasn’t difficult to put together. I haven’t used the bean grinder yet but, I have used the machine to make espresso with no issues.

I’m pleased with this espresso machine. I like the size, I didn’t want a monstrous machine on the countertop. I like the sleek look with all stainless steel. I was concerned about the water tank for accessibility of periodic hand-cleaning; many others are too narrow, but this tank is not too narrow for this purpose, thankfully. I especially love the convenience of the built-in grinder, and precise loading of the portafilter. I was able to set up the machine quickly, maybe 30 minutes +/-, and brew my favorite double espresso! If I could make one recommendation, the power cord truly needs to be an extra 6-12 inches or so; it barely reached my outlet. If the manufacturer makes the cord a bit longer, and it still wouldn’t be possible to get the cord tangled if the machine sits countertop. Overall, however, I’m very happy with this machine!
