Pretty easy to use but having trouble with it leaking out of the tray. Is it normal for the tray to over flow?

When my machine works, it’s great. When it doesn’t, I have received replacement.

Instructions are well done

So far, I think this a great product for the price! It lacks some premium features and is a little difficult to dial-in, but overall, it brews a decent cup of espresso.
The instructions do a good job of preparing someone, that has zero experience, to brew espresso and steam milk.

I’m loving the overall quality of the product. The instructions were fairly simple and, although I need to get used to the process, the first pull was great.
