I love this thing!

This espresso machine is fantastic for baristas who want espresso at home. Having the option of tuning the grinder to be as coarse or as fine as I personally want it to be, along with being able to program the timing for pulling a double shot of espresso grants the ability to make lattes and cappuccinos at the same caliber as your local coffee shop. Having these fine tuning options at home has been a refreshing addition to my mornings :)

My only real complaint is in regard to the charcoal water filter: you do not sell it online, and I searched for other brands' filters but could not find one similar in size. Given how frequently you're required to change it, this is a huge problem/inconvenience and one in which I almost returned the machine because of. But I did discover that I could call and order it over the phone, which I will do. The other thing I feel is worth mentioning is how quickly the Clean/Descale indicator light came on. It was only about a month after I first started using it. So I went ahead and went through that process. But now it's come on again, and it's only been about a month. So, I don't know if there's a glitch in the machine or if it is because of the hard water we have in this area. Your guidelines mention every 4-6 months is the only reason I bring it to your attention.
