Can not get a good extraction drip or crema

Please help …. It’s like there is no pressure….. just drips out …. If I apply any pressure while tamping, I will not even get a drip …. I have tried grind size - extraction temp … Not happy so far, may have to dig my breville back out

Our machine stopped working with about 9 months of use, we claimed our warranty and we just got a brand new machine, we hope it will work for longer now. The warranty process went pretty smoothly.

My machine won’t pressurize to the espresso range causing me to be disappointed in the espresso machine. I’ve used it maybe a total of ten times since purchasing back in December. It is no logical reason for the machine not to be working properly with how little it was used.
