We have the expresso maker and it worked great the first time but now the hopper just won’t release beans. We have tried everything and watched countless videos. The steamer on the side won’t do its job either. Kinda frustrating…

I like the product but water keeps on leaking through the bottom holes we tried cleaning it but nothing helped! I got this as a Christmas present but started leaking when it turns off
