It’s okay

Struggled getting water to pump through, they ended up sending a second one. Communication was poor during this process, second one still had the same issue. Did the ketchup trick and now it’s all good. Now that I’ve been able to actually use the product, I LOVE IT !

Now that I’m all set up, this product is amazing. The parameters on the automatic settings are within correct positioning. I am enjoying my espresso machine very much.

It took a bit to start. I had to search how to troubleshoot. Turns out there was an air bubble. After I got it to work, I love it!!!

Overall, a great product, but I am having issues with the water jug on the back of the product. It seems to be leaking and leaving a puddle of water on my counter and in the floor.
