I have owned a more expensive machine and this works just as well. It is easy to use and clean. The espresso is rich and creamy. The only complaint I have is that the steam wand doesn't line up with the hole in the grate so when I remove the wand from the milk and turn it on one more time to clear the milk out of the wand it sprays the counter. Otherwise this is an excellent machine.

Yes, this is easy to use. I just did a quick read of how to set it up and how to make espresso and it worked just like the instructions stated.
