It’s gorgeous! A little complicated to get working correctly with heating the coffee. And drips more than necessary into the tray.

I just received the crema supreme espresso machine as a Christmas gift. I opened and Started using on Saturday. After the second use, the grinder got clogged. I cleaned it as per the instructions manual/videos on your site. I tried again and it got clogged again. I cleaned it again and purchased another coffee bean but didn’t help. I have cleaned it maybe 6-7 times since Saturday but it doesn’t grind the beans.
I’m extremely upset and dissatisfied from this product. Not even a day old and having issues with the grinder. Seems like this is a recurrent problem based on several reviews.
