The grinder mechanism sucks. It did not work proper out of the box so I'm unable to reach espresso pressures

It is fairly simple to use! I needed to reprogram everything, because the initial bean grind times were far too little to pull a decent shot. When I used the recommended settings, of 12 grind size, pressed double shot on the grind button, and then brewed the brew double shot, the pressure did not reach the espresso range. But now that I have made the grind time longer, and the brew time a little longer, it stays in the espresso range. Still, I think that maybe the factory settings need to be adjusted, to make it simpler for “first-time baristas.”
