So far so good. Mine did not have the cleaning kit with the brushes, pick or starter cleaning tablets. It’s only been 2 1/2 weeks and my clean/descale light is already on. I make one cup of coffee and a cup of tea per day. Outside of that, it works well and it’s saving us $$.

Set up was easy and brewing is perfect. I literally took it out of the box, followed the instructions, and had good espresso.
