I haven't been to a coffee shop since I got it. There's a little learning curve to adust the right grind size and amount to perfect the espresso but default settings are a good start.

Only works sometimes

When it works, it makes a great brew, BUT we’ve only had ours for two months, and we consistently have issues. The clean/descale button won’t turn off, even though we’ve cleaned it three times. Now the pressure won’t build.
