Makes the coffee/espresso experience great. Descale light came on after 2 weeks. Figured our water was hard. Just cleaned. Now trying to run two full water tanks through - but takes forever. Am I doing it wrong?

I am loving the espresso machine so far! Pulls great shots, steams the milk perfectly and all with very good noise levels so I don’t wake anyone up in the morning. And it aesthetically looks good!
