Slight learning curve but so far so good!

Only have used it once. The grinder wasn’t working but figured out that the hopper can’t be too full, once that was taken care of, it was pretty smooth.

I have purchased many espresso machines and this is the one we kept. The only downside is wish the booklet would have more inf for adjustment
