After using this a few times, the “Double” filter size originally produced a good amount of espresso, but now suddenly might be producing too much? After tempering, I try to put it to brew, and it won’t take. I lessen the grind amount, and now the pull is too fast, too slow, and it’s difficult to get it to the right espresso pull.
