Bought my espresso machine last year in May and now it all of a sudden stopped holding pressure. Even with routine maintenance, cleaning, proper measurements of coffee beans and grinds, it shouldn’t have any issues especially within less than a year from purchasing your product. Otherwise, it is a really great machine when it does work properly and I actually recommended for my friends to buy this model in particular.

I’m very disappointed. And I’m not new to espresso machines, I’m true to them! I have been very busy but now I am available and will be using my warranty for replacement.
