The machine was an easy set up as long as long as you read the manual and become familiar with what you're acquiring. Loved the quality of the coffee the machine provides and really happy with all the accessories provided; it's definitely a plus!

I'm brand new to espresso making and just got the Crema Supreme today. Directions for getting setup/started are super clear and easy to follow. I've pulled three shots so far in my attempt to "dial in" and find the best grind size, tamping pressure, etc. to try and get that perfect brew pressure and time. Even my first shot wasn't abominable, so that speaks to the clarity of instructions and quality of the machine! I was also impressed that I was able to steam milk (almond milk) quite easily my first try as I've seen people say manual steaming can take practice to get right--again speaking to the clarity of the instructions.
As long as it continues to function as is and I am able to get even better shots from it as I learn more about espresso making, this machine is more than adequate :)
