Water already not dispensing

Directions are straightforward but water is already not dispensing. We have checked that the water tank is aligned and secured tightly. We have checked the plug at the bottom of the tank isn’t stuck. We have tried dispensing hot water through the wand and nothing is coming out. It just keeps vibrating 15 times which I know means something is wrong. Grinder works fine and grinded the beans great. Just not sure what we are already doing wrong and it’s just disappointing when i really wanted to try it out.
