Still figuring it out

I think I started with two fine of a grind size, but even after changing it, I believe it is over extracted, so I believe I need to adjust the temperature, and decrease it because it is very very, very, very, very hot, I will adjust it and keep tinkering with it, everything works as it should, it was easy to put together, easy to assemble, I am also sorting out the steamer, but it could just be a user error

I think that it is challenging to find the proper grind size to amount dispense ratio so that the espresso brews in “espresso range”. After many wasted beans I’ve found a suitable grind to brew ratio but still have the amount to play around with. Espresso tastes really nice when in range but logistics can be challenging.

Great bang for the buck!

I am quite impressed with this machine. Without any experience, I was able to make a decent espresso. It punches far above its price point, and Im looking forward to getting better and improving my barista skills!
