Works but not properly

I dont want to rate the product too low because this could definitely be user error. Everything worked fine for the first 2 weeks. I then ran out of my beans and had to buy storebought beans which was not the best option. They immediately clogged the grinder within 2 uses because they were so oily. I then got my beans that I had originally used but the pressure gauge never stays in range. Im going under or over. It runs over the programmed time produce liquid very slowly. Ive tried changes grind size, the ground amount, and swapped portafilters. When water is ran through without the portafilter in - water flow is great. Not sure what im doing wrong.
I definitely believe the machine is well built, sturdy and a great product. I just wish I wasnt having issues after it working just fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I will say it’s louder than I expected also little disappointed that it got clogged in the grinder after 2 days.
