So far we have been happy except for a descale light that won’t clear.

I like it but the descale light will not clear even though I completed the descale sequence listed in the users guide.

I love it but the only problem is it has said to clean descale twice already and we have only had it a month and I use purified water!

So far this espresso machine has been great. We used to have an another brand name, very similar looking, but this unit seems quieter and works just as well. Pleasantly surprised.

I love the product but the pressure is failing after a week of use so I am very unsure at the moment
