It’s very loud and doesn’t seem to work properly, have wasted alot of coffee

The box is missing the 2 cleaning pieces. The box states it has a double boiler, yet instructions state it cannot handle both functions at once. I’m not sure this has been a good purchase and I haven’t greened a single cup yet. Please contact me.
