It was good until it wasn’t ?

My product worked very well for the first few months; however, the hopper stopped dispensing the correct amount of coffee or it dispensed too much coffee despite resetting the machine. Additionally, the portafilter handle broke while attached to the machine and I was unable to get it off.

My machine doesn’t work properly

My husband bought me this machine two days ago and after reading the manual for some reason the espresso range pressure meter never signals it’s getting pressure. I’ve troubleshot it and it still doesn’t work and a lot of water spills into the water reservoir after frothing milk

I got this for her birthday, and with a bit of research, it has become a fine tuned espresso maker that is consistent and intuitive. Would recommend to anyone getting serious about their coffee without breaking the bank.
