Reliable and easy machine to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has EVERYTHING you need to make a good cup of coffee. An endless amount of choices for grinding size, a single and double brew choice for your espresso, and a steam wand. The machine never has failed me once and gives consistent performance. There is an auto and manual choice for grinding your beans for how much you want. It is easy to clean and quite stylish. I could easily recommend this machine to any new coffee enjoyers like me.

Nice machine with short life

Bought on 4/17/2025 and it stopped working already on 8/3/2025 (less than 4 months). Otherwise its a great Espresso machine with a bit more noise/vibration vs other famous brand.

It was great until it wasnt

It worked fabulously for about six months and just completely died one day. I took excellent care of it and followed everything in the manual to a T and it died before the warranty was even out.

Grinder not working

I was able to make 10 drinks before the grind amount stopped working. I have cleaned it as recommended (weird after only a few drinks) and tried adjusting grind. Reset all to factory and nothing
