Easy to use, but I'm having a problem with the quality. The express version says it's recommended at 12, but it's still not quite right. I'm still trying to improve the quality. Otherwise, it's fine.

This coffee machine does not heat up enough and also the grind size gasket should have more options in the basket setting. Even their finer is not fine. I love the sleek look and that it has grinder. Setting up was easy but programming your shot is more crafty need lots of shots wasted before you get close to what you like. Also manual should give replacement parts sizes. Like portfilzer and the silicone gaskets in show heads for easy to look for replacement parts.
