I love it but the only problem is it has said to clean descale twice already and we have only had it a month and I use purified water!

I got this for her birthday, and with a bit of research, it has become a fine tuned espresso maker that is consistent and intuitive. Would recommend to anyone getting serious about their coffee without breaking the bank.

My machine doesn’t work properly

My husband bought me this machine two days ago and after reading the manual for some reason the espresso range pressure meter never signals it’s getting pressure. I’ve troubleshot it and it still doesn’t work and a lot of water spills into the water reservoir after frothing milk

It worked fine until just after the 90 day window to return it to the store.
