The door won’t stay closed and it doesn’t heat up as it should when air frying you have to cook it twice just to cook fries

Great unit

I had a Lagasse dual door air fryer and the air frying unit went. This air fryer is so much better than the old one. So far so good. It's easy to clean and doesn't take up a lot of space . So far I like it.
