So far, it's very good.

I've used in only one time. It worked great. The cooking time suggested by this fryer was correct. The meat producers cooking time was not correct. Follow the Chefman instructions. I am pleased with this fryer.

It is a classy unit with a lot of features. This will make it fun to use and to experiment with. Looking forward to cooking on it. This isn't my first air fryer, but it is a better unit then I had before.
