I purchased this product just in time for our first hot NY summer day. It was a hit with my family and everyone was happy with how cool it made it feel out on our patio. We stood outside for hours!

Love our fan! We needed a replacement part for our fan’s water valve. Dennis was very kind to get this ordered & on its way to us ASAP! Very pleased with the customer service & support provided.
