this fan is too cool!

My family and I always enjoyed the fans at Disney so it was fun to have one at home that have same affects. Great for outdoors fun and in doors would I recommend it to anyone I most definitely would. Also Great team as well thank for everything

Good solid fan!

I use this fan on my covered screened lanai, to keep my parrot cool and happy, and it works great! Yes, she is spoiled and has her own fan! Wonderful airflow, fairly quiet. It has a safety fuse built in, so that is some peace of mind, using it outdoors. I had some trouble with the circuit breaker part of it, but the customer service at NEWAIR was fantastic! Ingrid helped me exchange the unit and took great care of me. Wonderful company to work with!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect fan for fun in the sun

Misting is awesome really cools you down on those hot summer days . I own two of them ...fan is quiet and very easy to assemble.....

It's a nice fan puts out a lot of air. I think the motor needs to be a little better and last longer.

Perfect Fan To Cool Our Arizona Patio!!!

This misting fan works great in our patio area. It's extremely powerful and can mist the entire patio area. We decided to try this fan versus getting a misting system installed and so far we are very pleased. So far we have experienced no leaks from the hose or valves. We like that it has 3 fan speeds. It was easy to put together. Would highly recommend this fan!!!

Great product and super customer service

I received this fan but didn't set it up until it was beyond the initial warrantee period, used it twice only as a fan without the mister, and then the GFI unit didn't work anymore. With little hope of getting this problem solved, but not wanting to pay a lot for a fan I couldn't use, I called the customer service line and spoke to Shanice. She was awesome-- and the customer service was beyond my expectation. They are replacing the fan and I look forward to using it for the remainder of the summer both as a fan and as a mister during the really hot days outside! I am very grateful that my money was not spent in vane and HIGHLY recommend this company on the customer service alone. It's hard to find a company that goes above and beyond these days, but this one sure did!

A great product and a great company!

If you don't have an enclosed patio; relaxing outside in this heat is impossible. Unless you have a misting fan! It makes grilling outside and enjoying my deck comfortable activities. Even in this heat! The cool misting fan is perfect for summer months of outdoor living. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate a screw that connects the fan to the base. After contacting customer service; they are replacing the entire unit. Melissa, the customer service representative, went above and beyond in working to help me to solve this problem. Although I was a couple of weeks beyond my warranty, this great company honored the warranty and more. I actually got to speak to a CR without waiting a hour and couldn't be more satisfied with the result. Thank you Melissa and NewAir for putting the "customer" back into customer service. You have a fan (no pun intended) for life!!!
