Lights flicker when you turn on low setting

I had a service person come out 2-3 weeks ago, but he didn't do anything about my issue. We had the lens cap fall off of two of the lights within the first couple of months also that I thought he would replace, but I was told that I had to pay for bulb replacement even though warranty says LED lights are covered under warranty. He said the flickering might be because the lens came off but it began flickering before that. So he didn't do anything to our vent hood.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this Hood!

Who knew that an oven Hood could be smart!?! It connects with my stove top via Bluetooth! It’s bright lights are LED so they don’t get hot, and the fan is quite! I do t have to shout over it. I live this hood!

Havent owned long enough to know the strength of the venting but love the different fan levels and lighting is great. The remote is a nice added feature although doesn’t always seem to turn it on.

Loving this Vent Hood!!

I bought this vent hood with my GE Cafe suite! Custom built the hood surround and it was good to go. It works extremely well and is not nearly as loud as some others I've seen. The remote is an added bonus (although not necessary) Absolutely love the look of it installed as well. Easy to clean! Great compliment to the 36" Cafe Commercial RangeTop!

Missing Hardware

After a long new home construction build, I am finally installing kitchen cabinets. I actually purchased this exhaust fan along with several other GE products. Excited to open my first box, I have found that I am missing the “Hardware Bag”. I am not exactly sure what the contents of the “Hardware Bag” are but I am guessing a variety of screws and hopefully some type of mounting hardware or brackets. Once installed, I hope to add additional pictures.
