I love the numeric keypad (a must for my business.) It’s very well-made. I don’t use the hinge feature often, but I can tell you it’s very secure, not loose at all. Most of the time I have this hooked up to external monitors, but when using it solo, I’ve noticed that mouse pad can be challenging. It’s a bit too far left and keeps getting hit while typing. The keyboard felt different moving from a smaller laptop to this larger one, but it’s been an easy adjustment. The machine itself works great. It easily handles multiple browser tabs and programs open at the same time with no issues. I highly recommend this laptop to students and professionals.

Unbelievable battery life, good screen, huge screen (my old laptop was a 14"), but a litttle heavier than expected (probably should have known previously). Numeric keypad, which was a must have is a little cramped. My ideal lapto would be a 15" screen for size and weight, with a keypad
