After 23 years of loyalty, I'm done with HP!

HP Accidental Damage coverage seems to only cover software. I'm not sure it's worth buying. I bought a brand new HP Spectre. It fell out of its carrying case (less than 2 1/2 ft) and got damage. Returned item to HP, which deemed it not repairable and refuses to replace the unit. Instead, they want to offer me a refund of the Accidental Damage Protection premium. I have spent tens of thousands with this company over these two decades. After 23 years of loyalty, I'm done with HP!

Beautiful, but challenged with various issues

I've tested this product for a month now. While the design is nice, the screen is big, bright and clear, and the tactical screen functions well, I rate this product (my second Spectre) low. Blue screen of death from time to time, general peformance is choppy a few times a day, the internal fan is loud sporadically - even when no serious CPU usage is required, there are ocassional cracks and pops in the audio when plugged on 3.5 mm jack, random drops of my HP docking station occur without notice. Looking to return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Serious Concerns

I just received the laptop 25 days ago.
Although the setup was easy and working with it is extraordinary and makes me feel great, the speed, sense, and design are great and smooth. But in these 28 days, some issues happened that I am worried about.
First of all, when I received the laptop, when I opened the box and moved the laptop, it made a noise like there is something in it and moving! it feels something is unattached inside or like some screw is moving inside when you move the laptop!
Second, The laptop shuted down 2 times in this period! Which is not a good sign!
Third, 1 time I experienced a glitch on the screen! It seems a graphical issue or, worse may be a CPU issue, which I am really worried about.
Now I'm considering giving back this laptop and replacing it with another one, as it seems this one has some manufacturing issues! But I love this model and want to have one of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
