Difficult Controls

The controls are terrible, You almost need a hammer to activate the buttons. Complaints have been made for years about this problem and nothing has been done to rectify it. I am disappointed . Microwaves for half the price have touch controls.

Love the design. Wanted a style with a handle which this does. So far so good. Have had it for less then a week. But our last microwave lasted 18 years...expect the same from this

Quality control ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the microwave installed by professional installers from the appliance store where we bought it, and on first use, it made a loud buzzing sound wherever it was turned on. The sound stopped when you pressed on the bottom of the oven, so it was maybe a loose plate. I removed a panel to access the underneath but couldn’t pinpoint the source of the sound. However, when I reinstalled the plate, the buzzing no longer occurred. Hopefully that’ll hold, but it’s a little concerning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
